FIRST CLUEGood to know.
Do I need to write a mystery?+
No. Share a few real memories and what should be revealed at the end. We prepare seven chapters and activities. You can play through and edit the game before ordering.
When do I pay, and how much?+
Creating and previewing are free. One finished game costs US$2.19. A pack of four costs US$6.89: your first game plus three single-use codes. There is no subscription.
What if they do not know an answer?+
Each clue has a hint. They can also reveal the solution, so one forgotten memory will not block the gift.
Is the actual gift included?+
No. You provide the trip, tickets or other gift. Here you make the personal journey that reveals it.
Who can see our photos and story?+
The game is not publicly listed. Someone needs both its private link and the password you set. Share these only with the intended recipient; keep the management link to yourself.
How do refunds and complaints work?+
You can cancel a paid game for a full refund before activation. After activation, withdrawal and complaints follow the applicable terms. Receipts remain available after the game is deleted.
