Withdrawal and refunds
Before activation, we offer a refund of the full price paid. For a web or Google Play purchase, open your private order link and choose ‘Cancel order and refund’. An unused four-game bundle has its three remaining codes invalidated. If a code was already used, support will handle the request according to the service actually provided. For an iOS purchase, use ‘Request a refund from Apple’; Apple handles the request and refund.
We create, store and provide temporary access to a personalised online game. Both the ongoing service and personalised digital content matter; the service actually provided determines the outcome.
The 14-day period and early performance
A consumer who concludes a distance contract can generally withdraw without giving a reason within 14 days of conclusion. Activation ends our voluntary full-refund cancellation. Starting the online service alone does not automatically extinguish the statutory right. Before the deadline, it ends only after complete performance under the legal conditions, following your express request and prior information. Where early withdrawal is valid, you may owe a proportionate amount for the service actually supplied if the legal conditions are met.
Sending a clear withdrawal notice before the period expires is sufficient. You do not need to give a reason or use a template. For a valid withdrawal, we refund the applicable amount within 14 days by the same payment method unless otherwise agreed without extra cost. App Store and Google Play refunds also follow those stores’ payment processes; it may take several business days for a refund to appear.
How to contact us
You can file a withdrawal notice electronically through your private order, including after activation. We confirm receipt by email and assess the claim against actual performance and legal conditions. Completing, sharing or deleting a game does not itself exclude statutory rights. Rights concerning defects or non-delivery remain intact.
