2. Product and price
You purchase the one-time creation and access to a personalised online browser game made from the information you provide. There is no physical delivery or subscription. One game costs €3.99. The four-story bundle costs €9.99: it includes this game and three transferable, single-use codes, each paying for one later single game. Codes cannot be exchanged for cash or used to buy another bundle. A valid single-game code may reduce that game's price to zero. A single-use bundle discount code reduces only the bundle by 30%, from €9.99 to €6.99; codes cannot be combined. The final price is shown before payment. You supply any physical gift revealed at the end; it is not included. You may preview and edit the complete game before ordering. Text suggestions are generated automatically from your answers and should be reviewed by you. An ordered game cannot be edited.
3. Ordering and payment
The currency is suggested from your approximate connection location and can be changed before ordering. The fixed price in the selected currency is shown before payment. Stripe may ask for a billing address for payment and the invoice. Stripe processes web payment; depending on your device it may offer a card or wallet. App Store and Google Play purchases, where available, are processed by those stores at their displayed price. The contract is concluded when our server confirms successful payment. We email the order link, these terms and, for a bundle, the three codes. Without confirmed payment, no game or codes are supplied. Stripe provides the web invoice; the relevant app store handles its own receipt. Keep your private order link to yourself. The contract language is English; we store its terms version and email you a copy. There are no mandatory delivery charges. Your own internet or email provider may charge you under its tariff.
4. Activation and access
You activate the paid game separately from the private order page, no later than 30 days after payment. You may wait until the 14-day withdrawal period has passed. To start earlier, we ask for a separate express request and acknowledgement. We email confirmation of that request before enabling the play link. The game is available for 30 days after activation. After the finale is first unlocked, remaining access is limited to at most three days; the recipient may replay during that time but cannot extend it. Closing the page does not pause the period. Expired game text and photos are removed by the next successful scheduled cleanup, while financial records and mandatory rights remain. If the game is not activated within 30 days after payment, we cancel and refund web or Google Play purchases; Apple refunds are requested through Apple. You send the play link and password to the recipient yourself.
5. Requirements, content and privacy
You may optionally attach one JPG, PNG, WebP image or PDF up to 5 MB to the final letter. We keep the original file, including any metadata, and make it available to the recipient only after the finale is unlocked. It is deleted with the game. An internet connection, JavaScript and a current Chrome, Safari, Firefox or Edge are needed; no installation is required. Try the free demo on your device before purchase. We convert supported photo formats up to 40 MB to reduced JPG without original metadata, for up to five photos. The game is unlisted, but anyone with its secret link and correct password can open it while active. We store only a cryptographic password hash. Do not share your order or management link. Upload only content you have permission to use; inform people depicted about the private use and privacy policy. Do not upload intimate or sensitive content, content concerning children, or material that violates others' rights. A recipient may save photos they can view; we cannot erase their copies.
6. Cancellation and withdrawal
Before activation we voluntarily offer a full refund without a reason. For web or Google Play purchases, use the cancellation action on the order page; Apple handles App Store refund requests. Cancelling an unused bundle invalidates its codes. If a bundle code has already been used, contact us for individual handling instead of an automatic full-bundle refund. Activation ends this voluntary cancellation, not mandatory consumer rights. Consumers entitled to statutory distance-sale withdrawal generally have 14 days from contract conclusion. Early performance requires your express request; any effect on statutory withdrawal and any proportionate payment depends on applicable law and actual performance. Personalisation, activation, sharing or deletion alone do not automatically remove statutory rights. You can submit an unambiguous withdrawal notice through your order page, by email or by post; a reason or use of the model below is not required. We confirm electronic notices. Where a refund is due, we return it using the same payment method within the applicable period.
7. Defects and complaints
Contact us by email or post with the order reference and a description of any inaccessible link, broken task or other defect. We acknowledge receipt and handling in writing, seek to remedy a valid defect within a reasonable time, and handle statutory price reduction or withdrawal rights where applicable. Game completion or deletion does not bar a valid complaint.
8. Governing law and disputes
Czech law applies without depriving consumers of any mandatory protection of their country of residence. Please contact us first. The Czech Trade Inspection Authority (ČOI), ADR department, Gorazdova 1969/24, 120 00 Prague 2, adr@coi.gov.cz, https://coi.gov.cz/informace-o-adr/, is the Czech out-of-court dispute-resolution body.
